Grab the family and take a ranger-guided tour through history at the site of one of the Confederacy's last stands against General William T. Sherman during the Civil War, which took place in February of 1865.

The Rivers Bridge State Park is considered a historic site, which includes extensive earthen fortifications, and is on the National Register of Historic Places.

This site stands apart as the only state historic site in South Carolina that commemorates the Civil War.
